dc.descriptionLas Tecnologías de la Información y ComunicaciónTIC, han impactado el sistema educativo impulsando el aprendizaje y estudio autónomo. Estas y la Web 2.0 han aportado a los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, tanto así que se sugiere que aplicadas al ámbito educativo se les denomine Tecnologías del Aprendizaje y la Comunicación- TAC, en sustitución de TIC.En el texto se abordan la educación como proceso comunicativo, el concepto de cibercultura y el de aprendizaje autónomo.
