dc.descriptionThis research aims to determine the performance and characteristics of the Mexican system guarantees analyzing their evolution and the role it has played in the granting of credit for SMEs, comprising Mexico. As a documentary study of secondary sources of information on this topic was conducted. The main fi ndings are that Mexico has not implemented a System of Warranties itself, because what exists is a guarantee program that operates with public funds entirely, so even though the development of this program has been important in recent years given the great momentum that has been given, their coverage remains limited even to become a real solution to the problem of fi nancing SMEs in Mexico.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta investigación tiene como objetivo conocer el funcionamiento y características del sistema de garantías mejicano, analizando su evolución y comprendiendo el papel que ha jugado en el otorgamiento de crédito para la PyME en Méjico, por lo que se realizó un estudio documental de fuentes primarias y secundarias de información sobre este tópico. Entre los principales hallazgos se tiene que en Méjico no se ha implementado un Sistema de Garantías en sí, aunque existe un programa de garantías que opera con fondos totalmente públicos, así también, a pesar de que la evolución de este programa ha sido importante en los últimos años y del gran impulso que se la ha dado, su cobertura aún sigue siendo limitada para convertirse en una verdadera solución al problema de fi nanciamiento de la PyME en Méjicoes-ES
