Se presenta el desarrollo de un prototipo de sistema de entrenamiento físico con bandas elásticas, denominado MULTIBAND®. Este sistema incluye el diseño de un equipo multifuncional, un dispositivo de sujeción de las bandas, y el diseño de un sistema de dinamometría computarizada, que mejora al sistema, en cuanto a la medición de las variables físicas desarrolladas durante el entrenamiento del usuario. ABSTRACT This article presents the industrial design of a system of physical training with elastic bands, called MULTIBAND®. This system includes the design of a multifunction device, a fixture of the bands, and the design of a system of computerized dynamometry, that improve the system whit respect to the measurement of physical variables developed during user training
