dc.descriptionIn the context of student internships at the Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, the University-Company-State Committee (CUEE) arises as a support to the tertiary sector, enabling the synergy between university, company, and State that favors the articulation of students with the work environment. One of the CUEE methodologies is the creation of challenges that support the resolution of problems that benefit the educational and business processes. The objective of this article is to present a proposal, from this methodology, that reduces the gap in the logistic and production process outsourced by the company TOOL BE, which is dedicated to the accompaniment of parents and caregivers for the early stimulation of children. The most important result of the exercise was the design of an integrated solution strategy called: "Standardization, connection, and innovation: fewer gaps in outsourcing" for this company.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el contexto de las prácticas estudiantiles del Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid surge el Comité Universidad -Empresa –Estado (CUEE) como apoyo al sector terciario posibilitando la sinergia entre universidad, empresa y Estado que favorece la articulación de los estudiantes con el entorno laboral. Una de las metodologías del CUEE es la creación de retos que apoyen la resolución de problemas que beneficien los procesos educativos y empresariales. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar una propuesta, desde esta metodología, que reduzca la brecha del proceso logístico y de producción tercerizado por la empresa TOOL BE, la cual se dedica al acompañamiento a los padres y cuidadores para la estimulación temprana de niños. El resultado más importante del ejercicio fue el diseño de la estrategia de solución integral denominada: “Estandarización, conexión e innovación: menos brechas en la tercerización” para dicha empresa. dc.descriptionNo contexto de estágios estudantis no Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, surgiu o Comitê Universidade-Empresa-Estado (CUEE) para apoiar o setor terciário, possibilitando uma sinergia entre universidade, empresa e Estado que favorece a articulação dos alunos com o ambiente de trabalho. Uma das metodologias do CUEE é a criação de desafios que apoiem a resolução de problemas que beneficiem os processos educacionais e empresariais. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma proposta, com base nessa metodologia, que reduza a lacuna no processo logístico e produtivo terceirizado pela empresa TOOL BE, que se dedica ao acompanhamento de pais e cuidadores para a estimulação precoce das crianças. O resultado mais importante do exercício foi o desenho da estratégia de solução abrangente denominada: "Padronização, conexão e inovação: menos lacunas na terceirização" para a referida empresa.pt-BR
