dc.descriptionThe Hygiene and Environmental Management Group at Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid identified the risks in the construction works in Valle de Aburrá, trough the study of Safety Conditions. The evaluated area was 10 municipalities, and 49 works where statistically selected, applied the Estrada and Puerta method, 98 associated with the preparation of risk picture.The investigation showed that the major risks of the buildings are the noise, the overwork, the extreme temperatures, the repetitive movements and falls at height, in order of highest to lowest level of impact. The most common accident is the beating, and the highest-risk work is carried out at height, presented in 84% of works. The study recommended the regular training, safety inspections, monitoring and behaviors focused on self-care and improving of the hygienic conditions.en-US
dc.descriptionEl Grupo de Investigación en Higiene y Gestión Ambiental del Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, identificó los riesgos en las obras de construcción del Valle de Aburrá, a través del estudio de las Condiciones de Seguridad. El área evaluada fueron diez municipios, de los cuales se seleccionaron estadísticamente 49 obras y se aplicó el método de ponderación de Estrada y Puerta, 98 asociado a la elaboración del panorama de riesgos.La investigación evidenció que los riesgos prioritarios de las construcciones son, en orden de mayor a menor grado de repercusión: el ruido, los sobreesfuerzos, las temperaturas extremas, los movimientos repetitivos y caídas en alturas. El accidente más común son los golpes, y el trabajo de más alto riesgo es el realizado en alturas, presentado en el 84% de obras. El estudio recomendó capacitación periódica, inspecciones de seguridad, seguimiento, y conductas enfocadas al autocuidado y mejoramiento de las buenas condiciones higiénicas.es-ES
